Welcome to the Middle Park Hotel.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the year.

Old world grandeur still permeates the Middle Park Hotel, 120 years after she was built. Melbourne’s most inventive architects, Six Degrees, have sensitively renovated this grand old lady. Whilst the hotel remains steeped in tradition, it now has a contemporary feel.

Antique luggage trunks sit stacked in the grand foyer, hinting at lodgings above. Continue up the original Victorian staircase to discover 25 hotel rooms that exude contemporary luxury. But let’s have a drink first.

We take our food and drink seriously. At the helm is renowned chef Paul Wilson and fellow Brit Dave Marshall. The team is focused on bringing the best Victorian produce from ‘paddock to plate’. Classic pub offerings include steaks, freshly baked pies, scotch eggs and the return of the ‘weekend roast’. The joy of eating real food is rediscovered at the Middle Park Hotel.

Our Public Bar boasts one of the longest free standing bars in the country. Go on, measure it! With 45 individual taps and a beer and wine list stocked with only the best Victoria has to offer, you may need another visit. Live sport is what we breathe in here, the multiple flat screen TVs help us share that passion, if you can find a place at the bar.
